From the motorway, taking the ‘Tangenziale’ (bypass), you will enter the city via the Fuorigrotta toll booth. After coming out of the tunnel, you will come to Mergellina. Go along the Caracciolo seafront and you will arrive at a square, Piazza Vittoria and then Via Partenope. Via Chiatamone is exactly parallel to Via Partonope. Alternatively, you can exit the motorway in the Port area – Via Marina and continue towards Piazza Vittoria.
From the Central Station, take line 2 of the underground towards Pozzuoli. Get off at Piazza Amedeo, and take bus 128 and get off at the Chiatamone stop. Alternatively, bus 151 until Piazza Vittoria, and then walk for 100 metres.
From Capodichino Airport (Naples International Airport), take the Alibus, which takes you to Piazza Municipio, just a few kilometres from the city centre and the San Ferdinando quarter.
